Returns & Refund Policy

At Valnor, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • A small restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Or a full refund

Consumer Guarantees (ACL)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind requests outside the 14-day period

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, processing may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
